Šeškinė Polyclinic

Community healthcare renewal

This project focused on creating a contemporary visual identity for Šeškinė Polyclinic, a major community healthcare institution in Vilnius. The new identity reflects long term organisational change, improved patient experience, and a clear shift towards modern, accessible, and digitally ready healthcare communication.

Client and Collaboration Overview

We worked closely with Šeškinė Polyclinic to translate years of internal transformation into a clear and trustworthy visual system. The collaboration addressed not only visual renewal, but also how the institution presents itself to patients across physical spaces and digital channels. Together we aligned design decisions with upgraded facilities, renewed medical equipment, and evolving communication culture. The process balanced public healthcare responsibility with openness, warmth, and clarity. The identity was developed to support both everyday patient interaction and long term institutional growth.

Project Objectives

The primary objective was to replace an outdated logo that no longer reflected the reality of the organisation or its digital presence. The new identity needed to communicate professionalism, care, and accessibility without medical complexity. It had to work consistently across online platforms, social media, signage, and printed materials. Another goal was to express community presence and openness to cooperation, positioning the polyclinic as a central and welcoming healthcare hub. Simplicity, recognisability, and future adaptability guided the design strategy.

Project Outcomes

We created a circular logo system that symbolises health, completeness, and positive energy. The form can be associated with light, wellbeing, growth, and calm, while remaining neutral and professional. The identity supports a wide range of medical services and reinforces patient trust through visual clarity. The logo scales effectively across digital and physical environments and strengthens overall brand recognition. The new trademark was officially registered with the State Patent Office on 15 February 2023, marking an important milestone in the institution’s renewal.
